Side of Bok Choy
There are so many types of bok choy including white stem, green stem, big, baby, extra baby, etc. They are all irresistible and good for stir fry, soup and side dishes. This is a quick recipe that is just as good as any green beans or other typical side veg.
one bunch of bok choy - depending on the size, you can half, quarter or chop it.
salt to taste
1 t. butter
some grated parmesan
1. Bring a 1/2 cup of water to boil in a large sauce pan. Add the bok choy.
2. Add a lid and steam until tender, less than 10 minutes.
3. Drain water and add butter and top with parmesan.
